Danube Properties, a subsidiary of the Dubai-based company Danube Group, has grown from a small trading company to a prominent real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates. Founded by Rizwan Sajan and his wife, Danube Properties launched in 1993 and began developing properties and gaining the trust of its clients.
Today, Danube Properties has worked on various aspects of the real estate business, including development, home furnishings, construction, and building materials.
