Badrah is a new district developed by Nakheel in the eastern corner of Dubai Waterfront, close to Downtown Jebel Ali.

Diaa is a mainly residential area; Talla  the commercial office area; Manara is where the educational and civic amenities are located; and Bahaa provides the retail and leisure elements.

The housing is designed for families and includes so-called affordable options. The completed first phase comprises 144 townhouses and 456 apartments housed in eight six-storey blocks.

TRANSPORT & ACCESS

Commute times by car

From Badrah it takes roughly 31 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 23 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 29 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 24 minutes to The Walk JBR.*

Airport proximity

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 40 minutes’ drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 24 minutes’ drive.*

Road access

Badrah is located near Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), so it has easy access to central Dubai. It is also close to the industrial areas of JAFZA, Internet City and Media City.
